Cut Italian bread into ½” cubes. Sauté in Rao’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil until lightly browned. Sprinkle skinless, boneless chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill 5 minutes on each side or until done. Let cool. Slice into ¼” thick slices. Coat chicken with Rao’s Caesar Salad Dressing. Add 1 large head of romaine lettuce, washed, dried, and torn into bite-size pieces, add freshly grated parmesan cheese and reserved croutons. Toss and serve immediately.
