Chicken Rollatini

Coat thinly sliced chicken cutlets with flour, dip in beaten egg, and roll in bread crumbs. Saute in Rao’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil until golden. Top with a slice of proscuito and mozzarella and roll up.  Place in a baking dish. Spoon Rao’s Marinara Sauce over rolls. Bake at 350°F until heated.

    There are no amounts for the ingredients. On the jar it says to use ricotta and mozzarella-how much and cook for how long?

    Thanks for asking. These ingredients are for 4 servings.
    4 thin chicken cutlets
    1 egg, beaten
    1 cup flour
    1 cup breadcrumbs
    4 oz. mozzarella, diced
    4 oz. ricotta
    2 tblsp. parmesan cheese
    1 jar Rao’s Tomato Basil Sauce

    Saute coated chicken cutlets in oil until golden on both sides and continue with directions on the jar.
    When ready to bake set oven to 350 degrees and bake aproximately 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Enjoy!!
