
- 3/4 cupĀ Rao’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 6 Pork Chops
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 jar Rao’s 8 Star Balsamic Vinaigrette
Heat Rao’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil in pan. When olive oil is hot but not smoking add pork chops and garlic clove to pan. Fry chops, turning once, for about 10 minutes until pork chops are nicely browned. Remove pork chops from pan and drain excess olive oil. Return pan to medium heat. Add pork chops and Rao’s 8 Star Balsamic Vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for about 10 minutes or until pork chops are cooked and sauce has reduced slightly.
